I am Dolon Das & welcome to my cookbook …… which talks about good food , life & Indian Culture .
I am living in Dubai , United Arab Emirates with my dearest hubby for last 4 years . I am originally a bengali Girl staying far from my parents , dearest brother – sister in law , a cute little nephew , my In-laws & most importantly my native place Kolkata , India – the place of literature , heritage & delicious foods .
I am a Mathemetics Graduate from Calcutta University, working as Purchase Manager at the moment , but at the same time I love cooking , reading books , listning music , singing , home decoration , traveling & most importantly eating .
Bengalis are born foodie & so am I . Apart from my professional life, this blog is the space in my life to record all my love for food , life & my Indian culture . I love experimenting with food & also love to try all types of food . So this blog is not only for bengalis but also for non bengalis who love to have good foods .
